Shipping Policy
T-shirts are usually made within 2-3 business days, but can take up to 9 business days, especially during holiday seasons or other high-traffic seasons. They usually arrive within 3-4 business days after shipping.
Home decor items are made within 5-7 business days, and usually arrive within 3-4 business days after shipping.
The majority of our other items are made within 3-5 business days, and arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.
Please note:
- Orders sometimes ship separately in multiple packages, and sometimes on different days.
- We observe most major holidays; please exclude these from our business day estimates.
International Orders
We do ship internationally! We ship anywhere UPS does.
Waylaid or "Stuck" Packages
Is your package suspiciously stuck at a particular location (i.e. Customs) for more than 10 business days? Please contact us ASAP with your order number. Claims with most shipping companies must be filed within 6 weeks of the package being shipped; after that window, the package may be lost without recourse.
